About Us

We are two friends, bound by a passion for cooking and the desire to bring an authentic experience to Como. Our adventure began with a trip to Japan, where we fell in love with its culture, its beauty and, above all, its food. In particular, ramen conquered our hearts: in Japan it is much more than a simple dish, it is a unique experience.

After 15 years of working in the corporate world, we decided to leave everything and follow our passion. Thus, our ramen bar was born. We wanted to offer an authentic concept, inspired by the true essence of Japanese ramen. In Japan, ramen is a fast food par excellence and in dedicated places you only eat this dish, prepared with care and mastery.

To prepare for this adventure, we studied at one of the most renowned ramen schools in Japan, learning from the best masters to bring the authenticity and flavor of real Japanese ramen here in Como. In our restaurant you will find only ramen, just like in traditional restaurants in Japan.
