Toku Ramen nasce da una profonda passione per la cultura gastronomica giapponese.
Abbiamo studiato l’arte del ramen a Utazu, nella prefettura di Kagawa in Giappone, formandoci in una delle scuole di ramen più rinomate del paese e ottenendo le certificazioni di Ramen Sommelier.
Molti dei nostri ingredienti vengono importati direttamente dal Giappone, dai condimenti speciali agli elementi che rendono il nostro ramen autentico e unico.
Ogni dettaglio è pensato per offrire un’esperienza moderna ma fedele alla vera cultura del ramen giapponese.
